The Cuvée d'Assemblage is the Maison thinking aloud. Where a parcelle preserves one origin untouched, the assemblage gathers different fractions, collection windows, and vintages and resolves them into a single, deliberate line — the house style, authored rather than found.

ExpressionBalanced and legibly composed; several tones held in one shape, garnet warmed with copper. Origin provides character; assemblage gives it form.

MethodThe component fractions are read, selected, and brought to their meeting point by the hand of the master blender, whose signature closes the cuvée. Nothing is corrected toward uniformity; the parts are taught to agree.

For the longer viewThe Cuvée supports continuity through balance rather than event — the composure and integration by which time is recognised, expressed as a settled whole.

Investment gradeThe Maison holds the Cuvée d'Assemblage to be of investment grade — a composed reserve meant to be kept, appreciated, and returned to, its standing tied to the hand that signed it.
