The Maison answers by introduction, not by sale.
Compositionsingle-origin adrenochrome, unblended and unrectified, in a plain mountain eau-de-vie, with a trace of wild angelica.
The Veine Ferrugineuse is one parcelle and nothing else. Where the house assemblage resolves many origins into a single voice, a parcellaire keeps one origin whole — narrower, less polished, more revealing, and preserved precisely for the way it refuses the house line.
ExpressionSpecific and mineral; iron-rich garnet with visible sediment and a plain, saline edge. It is not corrected toward the Maison. It is preserved against it.
MethodSelection, not composition: the parcelle is read, classified, and stabilised as it stands, its origin coding stamped by hand. What varies is kept; what varies is the point.
Collector profileIntellectual and revealing — a document of one terroir, prized by those who read the range for difference rather than balance. Bottled in small counts and rarely repeated.
Investment gradeScarce by nature and rarely repeated, the parcelle is held to be of investment grade — prized for a difference that cannot be composed again, and kept for exactly that.
PresentationSix ampoules of clear, lightly smoked glass showing visible variation between examples, on a simple archival tray of raw pale wood and slate with narrow vertical labels, an abstract origin map, and hand-stamped parcel coding on untreated leather.
PlacementPlaced by allocation, not sold. Price is discussed on consultation.
